As the 2026/2027 season prepares to kick off, the Chairman of the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI), Erick Thohir, made an unprecedented firm statement. At the league launch ceremony, he did not talk about tactics or any blockbuster contracts, but devoted all his attention to a vital issue: the integrity of the competition.
